In my sessions you will be expected to give me 100% and take my instructions. Goals are not easy to achieve but we will achieve them. Training will be varied, and it will be intense, but we will adapt it to suit any injuries or preferences you may have.

Personal Achievements
My journey began at the age of 17, when I first joined a gym and started training seriously. Within 12 months I competed in my first bodybuilding competition. During the following 3 years I competed in another 9 competitions, winning all ten the ultimate being the UK Championship, which led to me being invited to represent Great Britain in the European Championships.
I then went to America & Spain and taught young athletes how to enhance their sporting performance through weight training.
