I have worked in the fitness industry for over 15 years working as a personal trainer and now an owner of Formby Fitness.
In my sessions you will be expected to give me 100% and take my instructions. Goals are not easy to achieve but we will achieve them. Training will be varied, and it will be intense, but we will adapt it to suit any injuries or preferences you may have.

Having trained in competitive sports since an early age, fitness and strength have always been a passion of mine. As a teenager I trained in judo, kickboxing and Olympic Weightlifting. But my main sport is freestyle wrestling in which I am a former national champion in Belgium. I can help you with your fitness/strength goals, as well as with MMA or Wrestling training.

Laura takes a holistic approach with her clients and their goals, and has worked with many people, both female and male, to develop their fitness, nutrition and mindset combined. Laura is a specialist in many areas, including Suspension Training, Pre- and Post-Natal Fitness and Weight Management and holds a Level 4 Advanced Diploma in Nutrition & Weight Management (Association for Nutrition).

As a qualified sports therapist she also works with many clients on rehab and recovery from illness and injury. She has a realistic approach to training and aims to get the best out of every client.
Hi my name is Lois, I am a fully qualified fitness instructor and personal trainer for over six years. I have had wonderful experience when I was young to go to collage in London and get qualifications in dance and performing arts which lead me to my real passion was training and seeing how to really work our bodies and sculpt them in a way which is strong, powerful, toned and healthy.
How I train my clients and in classes is with sheer motivation I strive to give you the best Experience and want you to leave the pt session or class with a positive attitude and make you determined more than ever. What I also give in the gym I give just as much when you leave the gym and are at home such as tailored home workouts and nutritional advice catered to your needs, everyone is different and everyone has their own path always remember!
